Did you know that many health insurance policies cover nutrition counseling and other nutrition-based services? This is often the case, even if you don’t have an actual diagnosis, but still want to seek out nutrition counseling for disease prevention.

Please refer to the 800 number on the back of your insurance card or on your insurance company’s website. Dial the number, then ask to speak to a representative to confirm your coverage.
